Educatio Christi (E-ISSN: 2723-472x; P-ISSN: 0852-4882) is a peer-reviewed international scholarly journal that advances contextual and interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of Christian theology, Christian education, and contemporary social transformation. Published by the Faculty of Theology, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Tomohon, the journal provides an academic forum for critical, empirical, theological, educational, and interdisciplinary studies addressing the ways Christian thought, practices, communities, and educational traditions engage changing social and cultural realities.
The journal places particular emphasis on scholarship emerging from Southeast Asia and the broader Global South, while welcoming comparative and internationally relevant contributions from scholars worldwide. It encourages research that brings local and contextual experiences into dialogue with wider academic debates in theology, religious education, culture, society, technology, ecology, and public life.
Educatio Christi seeks to strengthen scholarly conversations on contextual theology and Christian education by publishing research that is theoretically informed, methodologically rigorous, and responsive to contemporary challenges. Studies grounded in particular communities, traditions, or local contexts are especially welcomed when they demonstrate broader conceptual, comparative, regional, or international significance. Educatio Christi is published twice a year, in January and July.
